A perfect dream. The pretty, hand-painted child’s wooden bed is made of beach and birch, with either curved sides (more decorative) or straight sides (possibly more appealing to boys). The basic colour is white. The interior of the head and foot boards and the exterior of the foot board are hand-painted. For the interior surfaces there is a choice between broad stripes (in pale pink or pale blue) and check with small pictures (pink or blue versions). The foot board also has a hand-painted picture and the child’s name. For older children, the version with broad stripes on the interior and the compass picture on the exterior is particularly attractive. The fact that the height of the bed base can be varied is very practical. For younger children under two years for example, the mattress can be lowered so that they sleep in a deeper and cosier position. There is also no risk of falling out of bed since the bed sides form a natural barrier.
