General Terms and Conditions

Orders:
You can place your order by phone, fax, post, email or via our online shop. The terms and conditions given below apply to every order order, regardless of how it is placed. For urgent orders, enquiries or if you need advice, you can generally reach us from Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. You will receive confirmation of your order. The agreement between both parties will then become legally effective.

Cancellation/Right of return:
You are allowed to cancel your order within two weeks of completion without any justification. You can also return any goods to our address within two weeks of receipt without cost to you and at our risk. Any money already paid to us will be returned in full. To avoid the risk of damage during transport, you must use the original packaging. Furniture and pictures that have been ordered with individual text or names are produced to order and are excluded from your right of return.

Notification: Revocation rights

Right of return
You may revoke your order without reason within 14 days, either in writing (for example letter, fax, email) or by returning the merchandise if you have already received it. This period begins upon receipt of this notification in text form but not before the merchandise has been received by the customer (for recurrent deliveries of similar merchandise, not before the first instalment has been delivered) and not before we have fulfilled our obligations to provide information in accordance with section 246 subsection 2 in relation to subsection 1 sentence 1 and sentence 2 of the EGBGB (Introductory Act German Civil Code), as well as our obligations according to section 312e subsection 1 sentence 1 of the BGB (German Civil Code) in relation to section 246 subsection 3 of the EGBGB. The revocation period shall be deemed to have been observed if the merchandise is returned or you revoke your contractual statement within this period. Your notice of revocation or the merchandise must be sent to:

Consequences of revocation
In the case of a valid revocation, all mutually received benefits, merchandise and, if applicable, any profits derived from them (e.g. interest) shall returned to the other party. If you are unable to return the merchandise to us – in full or in part - or can only return the merchandise in a deteriorated state, then you will be liable to pay us compensation for loss of value accordingly. This does not apply if the deterioration is due exclusively to inspecting the merchandise – for instance as you would do a retail store. Incidentally, you can avoid becoming liable to paying compensation for any deterioration incurred when using the merchandise for its intended purpose by not treating the merchandise as your own property when using it, and by refraining from any action that could result the merchandise losing value. Merchandise sent by parcel post will be returned at our risk. You are obliged to pay the return postage costs if the merchandise you received matches what you ordered and if the price of the merchandise being returned does not exceed 40 Euros or, in the case of a higher price, if at the time of revocation you had not yet paid for the merchandise or made a contractually agreed part-payment. Merchandise that cannot be sent by post will be collected. All obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days of revocation. This period begins for you when you send the merchandise or your notification; it begins for us once we receive the merchandise.

Exclusion from right of return
There is no right of return for e-commerce contracts for merchandise that has produced to a customer's specifications or was clearly made according to specific personal needs or is not suitable for being returned due to its nature or because it can degenerate quickly or has passed its sell-by date.

General points
1. Please refrain from damaging the merchandise or making it dirty. Return the merchandise in its original packaging where possible, and make sure you include all accessories with all items of packaging. If necessary, use protective outside packaging. If the original packaging is no longer available, please use suitable alternative packaging to ensure that the merchandise is protected during transport.
2. Please do not send the merchandise without sufficient postage, if possible. We will refund the postage if you request us to do so provided you are not obliged to pay these costs.
3. Please note the above sentences 1 and 2 do not have to be fulfilled in order for you to successfully exercise your right of return.

Delivery:
Depending on the size and weight of the goods, delivery will be either by post, parcel service or freight transport.

Transport costs per article (within Germany):

Bench / table = € 20.00
Textiles and other = € 0.00

Seconds:
Cabinet / cupboard / shelf unit / bed / ship = € 30.00
Bench / table = € 20.00
Textiles and other = € 5.00

Charges are for front door delivery within Germany.

Island surcharge. There will be a surcharge for German national offshore delivery.
When ordering more than one article, the maximum charge will be 60 €.
Delivery charges outside of Germany: please speak to us directly!

invoice – please pay within 14 days. If you do not pay within this time, we reserve the right to charge you 2.50 € for the first reminder and 4 € for the second reminder. In addition, we will charge you interest of one percent per month

Cash on delivery – any applicable charges for this service (currently 5,60 € within Germany) to be paid by the customer. Advance payment of 50 percent is required for orders above 250 €. We also reserve the right to ask advance payment of the total order value, depending on the size of the order.

All delivered goods remain our property until the full payment has been received. We would like to point out that there can be a slight deviance from the colours and designs shown.
